At Thin Line K9, we donāt mess around when it comes to quality. If somethingās off, weāll make it right. But if your dog wore it, slobbered on it, or took a nap in itādonāt expect a refund. Thatās just gross.
š What Weāll Take Back
Youāve got 14 days from delivery to decide if your gear makes the cut.
We accept returns if:
- The item is unworn, unused, and still has its original tags
- Itās not a custom or personalized item
- Itās not marked as āfinal saleā
- Your dog hasnāt tested it out like itās a new chew toy
Return shipping? Thatās on you. Weāre not Amazon Prime, weāre a small, family-run operation with a mission.
šø Refunds (a.k.a. Getting Your Money Back)
Once your return shows up and passes the sniff test:
- Weāll shoot you an email and let you know if itās approved
- If it is, weāll refund you back to your original payment method in 7ā10 business days
- Shipping costs? Those stay with us (or USPS, really)
