At Thin Line K9, we don’t mess around when it comes to quality. If something’s off, we’ll make it right. But if your dog wore it, slobbered on it, or took a nap in it—don’t expect a refund. That’s just gross.

🔁 What We’ll Take Back

You’ve got 14 days from delivery to decide if your gear makes the cut.

We accept returns if:

• The item is unworn, unused, and still has its original tags
• It’s not a custom or personalized item
• It’s not marked as “final sale”
• Your dog hasn’t tested it out like it’s a new chew toy

Return shipping? That’s on you. We’re not Amazon Prime, we’re a small, family-run operation with a mission.

💸 Refunds (a.k.a. Getting Your Money Back)

Once your return shows up and passes the sniff test:

• We’ll shoot you an email and let you know if it’s approved
• If it is, we’ll refund you back to your original payment method in 7–10 business days
• Shipping costs? Those stay with us (or USPS, really)
